Practice 2007 has been developed "from the ground up" using the latest development tools for Microsoft Windows XP/2000/NT.  Therefore integration with Microsoft programs like Word is seamless and formatting documents to your specific needs is quick and easy

 

  • Complete flexibility in designing documents and letters that are used regularly.  Include your professionally designed logo in documents.

  • Design document templates in Word, and merge a wide range of patient or contact database fields into them.  

  • Use the Filter feature to create a merge group of patients, prospects, or contacts. You can create filters based on a comprehensive set of data fields, and there is no limit to the ways these filters can be combined.   For example, make a filtered group of women who have had a certain procedure performed between 1995-2004 for ages 30-40 who reside in a certain zip code.  Similarly, you can design a filter for all patients that came in for a consultation for a certain procedure six weeks ago but did not schedule the procedure.

  • Create patient and referral letters with before and after images inserted into the letter.

  • Create custom super bills, consent forms, procedure forms,  insurance pre-authorization letters, marketing labels, and marketing letters.  

  • Send the merged documents automatically be way of your favorite email program.
