Practice 2007 allows you to select and filter information about patients, marketing, scheduling, inventory control, financial, and other administrative matters to fit your management needs.

 

  • Analyze the financial, scheduling, and marketing activity of one or all providers within a chosen date range.

  • Track marketing and other activity by doctor and other providers, including separate legal entities, such as your accredited facility, that share the same patient database.

  • Run reports for filtered groups of patients based on selected data fields.

  • Export patient and other data to MS Excel and MS Word for specialized analysis.

  • Batch reports that you print daily, weekly, and monthly so you print all reports together.

  • Verify that all sceduled appointments and surgeries have a corresponding bill entered.

  • Generate a current list of scheduled patients that would like to come in earlier.

  • List inventory products that must be re-ordered to maintain the stock levels you have set.

  • Special financial and scheduling "audit trail" reports for management.

  • Determine which insurance companies are payng you less for individual services.

  • Isolated Aged Patient Receivables by amount and insurance company so, once you get to speak to a representative of the insurer, you can deal with all patients of that insurer.

  • Separate currency, checks, and credit cards for a day, or any date range you select for comprehensive cash  management.

  • Keep track of each staff member's financial posting through batch reports by staff.

  • Detect trends in revenues by CPT code and by categories you select, such as elective, insurance, and ancillary services.
