Rebecca Sanford Joins Nextech Systems’ Leadership Team as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Tampa, Florida – June 05, 2014 – Nextech, a leading provider of specialty-focused healthcare technology solutions for physician practices, today announced the appointment of Rebecca Sanford as the company’s new senior vice president of human resources (HR). Sanford will be responsible for building and leading talent management strategies, overseeing corporate policies and enhancing organizational culture.

Sanford brings more than 13 years of management experience to her role at Nextech, including a unique understanding of healthcare technology and the software services industry. Sanford has held multiple leadership roles and has demonstrated success in managing employee relations, benefits, organizational planning and corporate policy.

Sanford joins Nextech from Greenway Health where she served as director of human resources. In this role, Sanford spearheaded wellness initiatives and managed benefits administration and generalist activities. Prior to Greenway Health, Sanford led human resources at both Echo Design Group and Blackboard Collaborate. Sanford earned her bachelor’s degree at Loyola University and her master’s from New School University. Sanford also holds a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) certification.
