As the Global Head of Customer Success at Square, Naomi oversaw customer-facing operations and a $66M P&L with 1,500 employees in 10 countries. She rebuilt the leadership team and transformed operations with a focus on customer experience, engineering, and product development. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Capital One, Leadership at TMX Finance, ServiceMaster, and Bank of America.
