Product and Technology

Nextech’s products are key to physician practices being able to operate efficiently and safely, while being able to satisfy their regulatory obligations. Our Product & Technology teams are our creative problem solvers who constantly assess and synthesize customer needs, market demands, and organizational goals and priorities to make continuous adjustments and developments to the product roadmap.

Client Experience

Our Professional Services team is responsible for transferring knowledge and providing guidance, structure, and advocacy to the customer throughout the implementation process, extending support both remotely and onsite. Leveraging a consultative approach, this team advises practices on business strategy, technology, and operations. This includes analyzing and improving existing business aspects by providing training, onboarding, and other essential product management guidance.

Our Support team answers questions and helps provide technical assistance to customers once they are fully implemented and live with Nextech solutions. Working hand-in-hand with our Client Success and Professional Services teams, they balance the active needs of our customers, as well as engage with them proactively so they can get the most out of our solutions.

Our Client Success team serves as the primary point of contact and internal liaison for our customers. They own the client relationship for the life of the account to ensure the customer is always happy, healthy, and using our products and services in an optimal way.

Accounting & Finance

Marketing

A lead generation machine, our award-winning marketing team optimizes Nextech’s presence in every channel by setting themselves apart from the competition. By conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the brand identity, positioning, and messaging through all brand touch points, our marketing team adds value to the customer journey and makes us an integral part of delivering excellent patient care.

Sales

Our Sales team’s primary responsibility is to lead the full sales cycle for Nextech solutions to their assigned physician markets. Our Regional Sales Managers partner with client prospects from all sources including responses to marketing, trade shows, and general inquiries as well as referrals from existing practices and physicians, maintaining established customer relationships and transitioning newly acquired clients over to our Implementation Team. Our Inside Sales and National Sales Managers maintain close relationships with current clients and help deepen relationships and gain the most from Nextech’s product offerings.

Employee Benefits

Wherever your professional strengths lie, you can help us simplify the delivery of excellent patient care.

Medical

Nextech is excited to offer three benefit plans to fit your needs. All plans include open access to providers through the United Healthcare network, which means you do not need a referral to see a specialist and preventative care is covered at 100% with no deductible or copay required.

Dental

We are pleased to offer the High and Low PPO Plans through Guardian. All plans waive the annual deductible for preventative care, such as routine cleanings.

Vision

Coverage is provided through Guardian. In-network eye exams can be as low as $10. Participants are provided with an allowance towards eyewear and discounts towards LASIK and PRK.

Health Savings Account

Nextech offers a Health Saving Account (HSA) through Optum Bank. This plan allows you to use pre-tax funds on qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses. In order to participate, you must elect to opt-in to one of our High Deductible Plans. To help assist in your HSA growth, Nextech will make a contribution to your HSA account.

Flexible Spending Account

Nextech offers the opportunity to set aside pre-tax dollars in our Flexible Spending program, administered through Discovery. Employees have 3 options so they can choose one that best fits their needs.

  • Health Care FSA: This can be used to pay qualified medical, dental, and vision expenses
  • Limited Purpose FSA: If you decide to enroll in an HSA and are interested in enrolling in an FSA as well, this is the plan for you. This spending account can be used to pay for qualified dental and vision expenses
  • Dependent Care FSA: This account can be used to pay for expenses such as nursery school, day care, and summer camp for children up to age 13 and dependent adults

Wellness

Employees are eligible to join our Walkingspree wellness program starting the first of the month following their hire date. Walkingspree is a step-tracking platform that offers company-wide challenges, monthly raffles for gift cards, on-demand workouts, wellness resources and more. It’s a fun way to stay active while connecting with colleagues across the organization.

Paid Leave

  • Exempt Positions: Flexible Time Off – take time off when you need it without worrying about available hours
  • Overtime Eligible Positions: 15 days PTO awarded annually (prorated based on date of hire; increases with years of service) and 5 Paid Personal Days
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Paid volunteer time off
  • 6 weeks of paid parental leave (after 6 months of employment)

401(k)

We currently offer a competitive 401(k) plan, administered by Empower. Employees will have access to a variety of different investment options and are able to contribute pre-tax (Traditional 401k) or post-tax (Roth 401k). Nextech provides a generous match to employee contributions.

Company Paid Benefits

Nextech offers all full-time employees company paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance, as well as Short and Long Term Disability insurance to protect your income in case you become ill or injured.
