As SVP of People & Culture, she oversees the talent acquisition, talent development, and learning and development teams. Nicole is passionate about humanizing the workplace and is responsible for building a top-notch employee experience. Prior to Nextech, she led the HR functions at PowerChord, a marketing technology company, and Axiom Medical Consulting, a medical case management company.
