Payments Offer Terms And Conditions

This is a limited-time offer from Nextech for Eligible Customers that activate Nextech Payments during the course of the Promotion Period.

These promotional terms are in addition to the Nextech Master License Agreement and Payment Acceptance Services Supplemental Schedule which govern Eligible Customers’ use of Nextech Software and Payments Acceptance Services.

1. “Eligible Customers” are Customers who:
a. are current Nextech Customers using Eligible Software or contract for Eligible Software during the Promotion Period;
b. have never activated Nextech Payments prior to the beginning of the Promotion Period;
c. have been directly invited to participate in this non-transferrable promotion through a communication initiated by a Nextech employee or official Nextech communication channel;
d. agree to the Nextech Payments terms available here upon activation of the Nextech Payments feature; and
e. successfully activate the Nextech Payments feature within thirty (30) calendar days of first becoming a Customer to the Nextech Payments application.

2. “Eligible Software” is Practice+, Select or Nexcloud

3. “Promotion Period”
a. This offer is valid for Eligible Customers using Eligible Software starting 26 September 2024 through 15 October 2024.

4. “Free Payment Processing”
a. Eligible Customers who successfully complete the merchant application form, and are subsequently approved to receive Nextech Payment services, will not be charged merchant processing fees on payments processed from credit card, debit card, or electronic bank transfer sources (ACH) for sixty (60) days, subject to these terms and conditions.
b. The free processing period commences upon the date of the first successful transaction on Nextech Payments, or sixty (60) days from the date of completion of their merchant application form. The rate change may take up to one (1) business day to be applied.
c. Free payment processing will be applied for the first four-hundred thousand dollars (USD $400,000) in payments processed. Payments processed past this amount will have the Customer’s merchant processing rate, as determined by Nextech applied to any additional transactions, even if the full sixty (60) days have not elapsed.
c. Sixty-one (61) days after activation, all subsequent payments processed will have the Customer’s merchant processing rate, as determined by Nextech, applied.

5. Nextech Payments Activation
a. During activation, Eligible Customers must complete the application form by filling in the following details:
i. Practice details including: business type, business name, Employer Identification Number (if applicable), business email, phone number, and address.
ii. Personal information for all practice owners with at least 25% ownership including: name, date of birth, Social Security Number, email, phone number, and home address.
iii. Business and financial information, as directed.
b. Eligible Customers must connect their practice bank account and provide routing numbers for at least one operating account.

6. Excluded Transactions
a. Eligible Customer will only process payments in Nextech Payments for the purposes intended. Processing of non-commercial transactions unrelated to the payment of invoices for services will result in the immediate termination of free payment processing. Eligible Customers agree that Nextech may charge the Customer a one-time processing fee for any non-commercial transactions discovered at the Customer’s merchant processing rate against the total balance of the transactions.

7. Miscellaneous
a. Nextech is not responsible for Stripe’s failure, refusal or otherwise to set up or authorize a Stripe Connected Account for Eligible Customer, nor if Stripe fails to complete a processed payment during the period of free payment processing.
b. Nextech reserves the right to amend or rescind this promotion. In the event of material changes to the promotion, Nextech will notify Eligible Customers, by email, or by other reasonable means of these changes prior to their enactment.
c. In the event of a dispute, Nextech is the sole authority on eligibility for free payment processing for Eligible Customers, and all eligibility will be determined at Nextech’s sole discretion.
