Frantz joins Nextech following an accomplished career in healthcare technology. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of NextGen Healthcare, Frantz was responsible for transforming the company into an integrated provider of ambulatory-focused technology solutions. Prior to that, Frantz served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at CareFusion, where he led an innovative medication management strategy that significantly expanded and inflected the company’s U.S. and global solutions business.

Bryan comes to Nextech with over 35 years of leadership experience in operations, financial management, investor relations, and strategic planning within both public and private software technology and SaaS companies. He has served in key leadership roles at several high-growth companies, including his most recent position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wind River. At Wind River, Bryan was instrumental in transforming the financial management and operational processes, driving revenue growth from 5% to 15%, and ultimately leading the company through a $3.5 billion exit after a four-year transformation. Prior to Wind River, Bryan was the Chief Financial Officer at Spire Global, Jive Software, and WebTrends Inc.
Bryan holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BA in Biology/Pre-medical from Holy Cross College. He has also served on the boards of Borland Software and SOASTA, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Fintastic, a start-up specializing in next generation FP&A software. Bryan lives with his wife Darlene in Somers Montana and in his spare time he enjoys running, long distance biking, hiking, and outdoor activities in the western Rockies.

David oversees Nextech's IT/IS and cybersecurity strategy while ensuring the function, integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems. He also leads efforts to protect and prepare our company from cyber threats, manage our data privacy initiatives, oversee software vendor management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
David recently served as the CIO for Personify Health (formerly Virgin Pulse), where he led both IT and security teams through an acquisition, cloud migration, and modernization efforts. Before his time at Personify Health, David was the CIO/CISO at NextGen Healthcare. There, he developed the company’s information security management program and implemented the Health Information Trust Alliance Certification (HITRUST CSF) to meet HIPAA requirements. He also oversaw the migration of production environments from 30 different colocation facilities to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and established the company’s first Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team.
David lives in Southern California with his wife and three sons. In his free time, he enjoys off-roading and hiking. He recently checked off a major bucket list item by completing the Rubicon Trail in his Jeep.

Dr. Jason Handza serves as Nextech’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Handza brings his vast experience to this role while working alongside both the Development and Sales teams to improve our ophthalmology offerings. With nearly 15 years of experience in ophthalmology, Dr. Handza is the owner of Gulf Coast Retina Specialists in Palm Harbor, FL, as well as President of EyeReview, LLC. He also serves as Director and Principal Investigator for Clinical Research Center in Pinellas Park, FL.

Ian Hoffman, Chief Marketing Officer, leads Nextech's commercial strategy, marketing, branding, and communications efforts. With over two decades of experience, he has a proven track record of driving results and guiding cross-functional teams through purpose-driven strategy development, cultural transformation, and the successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining Nextech, Ian founded Blue Water Advisors, a consultancy that partnered with private equity and venture capital-backed vertical market SaaS companies to develop commercial strategies. And, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Applied Systems, the leading provider of cloud-based insurance software, from 2011 until 2021. He also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Intergraph Corporation (Nasdaq: INGR), a global geospatial and computer-aided design software company; Vice President of Global Marketing at Solution 6 Holdings, the largest software company in Australia; and vice president of Marketing at Novient, a major provider of software for professional services automation.
Hoffman holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and lives with his family in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Carl Oliveri is the Chief Revenue Officer of Nextech. With 20+ years of experience selling innovative SaaS products, Oliveri is responsible for all activities that generate revenue including GTM strategy, sales, and revenue management. Prior to joining Nextech, he served in senior sales and customer success leadership roles with leading SaaS companies including Robin, PayScale (acquired by Francisco Partners), Kenexa, and IBM.

Nicole brings over a decade of technology and healthcare experience to help Nextech achieve its business goals by hiring and developing the best team in the industry. As SVP of People & Culture, she oversees the talent acquisition, talent development, and learning and development teams. Nicole is passionate about humanizing the workplace and is responsible for building a top-notch employee experience. Prior to Nextech, she led the HR functions at PowerChord, a marketing technology company, and Axiom Medical Consulting, a medical case management company.

Natalie Schaap is Nextech’s General Counsel where she is responsible for providing strategic legal counsel and mitigating risk for the business. Prior to joining Nextech, Natalie provided advice and counsel on a broad range of corporate legal matters as Senior Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Corporate Legal Affairs at Kforce Inc., a staffing and solutions firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

John brings over 30 years of progressive experience in the design, development, and deployment of complex applications in healthcare organizations.
Before joining Nextech, John held key executive leadership roles at NextGen Healthcare and Allscripts. At NextGen, he led the strategic initiatives that strengthened the company’s competitive position and delivered value-driven solutions across healthcare. At Allscripts, he played a key role in optimizing business operations and scaling client engagements, contributing to the company’s leadership in healthcare IT.
John’s expertise spans healthcare technology, operational efficiency, and value-based care. His ability to anticipate market trends and navigate complex regulatory landscapes has consistently delivered meaningful outcomes for healthcare providers and patients as well as the companies that serve them.
A graduate of St. Lawrence University with a BA in Economics, John has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester. He currently resides in Raleigh, NC.

Ben Brideaux is a seasoned executive in the SaaS and fintech sectors, known for building and scaling embedded financial products in industry leading practice management platforms. As the Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Nextech, Ben directs the company’s financial services and payment programs, to make Nextech’s integrated payments product best in class.
Previously, Ben served as the Vice President of Financial Services at Clio, the worldwide leader in legal practice management software. Here, he managed a multidisciplinary team, executing strategies that substantially expanded the company’s financial offerings. Before his tenure at Clio, Ben was the General Manager at Clearco (formerly Clearbanc), where he led pioneering initiatives for this fintech platform, advancing their suite of capital, payments and analytics tools for digital commerce.
A lawyer by trade, Ben earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Distinction) across Australia and Canada. His legal expertise has been crucial in navigating complex commercial negotiations and driving corporate development projects.
