Meet Anthony Milo, a dedicated professional who’s been part of the Nextech team for seven years. His passion for software and EHR company support brought him here after a successful stint with IBM. Anthony started as a Tier I Support Rep and now serves as an Application Support Engineer, where he builds out support processes for Nextech's products.
Drawing from his background in business management and experience as a former restaurant manager, Anthony has developed a diverse skill set. His profound passion for the tech industry and ability to elevate businesses, strengthen customer relations, and communicate efficiently have all contributed to his career acceleration.
Throughout his journey, Anthony has proactively sought out resources and programs to advance his career. He applied customer feedback from his support roles and completed various certifications, including a Microsoft Server Certification and a Domo Certification. Anthony attributes a significant portion of his success to the guidance and support of mentors throughout his career, especially Kevin Dort and Curtis Vognet from the product team.
With any career, there are challenges to face. But Anthony finds motivation in positive feedback, customer satisfaction, and his desire to excel in the tech industry. "If you are patient, have an open mind, and work to build relationships, the challenges become routine because you know you have a strong team that has your back,” he said.
As we progress in our careers, it's important to acknowledge and celebrate our colleagues' remarkable journeys. Join us in recognizing Anthony Milo's growth and success!
