Ron Kozlin Joins Nextech Systems' Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer

Financial Expert to Support Nextech's Continued Growth and Profitability

Tampa, Florida – April 2, 2014 – Nextech, a leading provider of fully integrated electronic medical records (EMR), practice management, and marketing software solutions for specialty physician practices, today announced the appointment of Ron Kozlin as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kozlin brings more than 15 years of experience managing finance and accounting initiatives to his position at Nextech. As CFO, Kozlin will support Nextech’s continued growth by leading the company’s strategic financial planning initiatives and providing financial counsel on all aspects of business development and corporate strategy.

Before joining Nextech, Kozlin most recently served as CFO of Pilgrim Software (Pilgrim), a provider of Quality Management Software solutions to the Life Sciences and other heavily regulated industries.  While at Pilgrim, Kozlin was responsible for providing financial leadership and direction as a key member of the executive team, in addition to his overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Legal and IT. Prior to his role at Pilgrim, Kozlin served as CFO of Fortress Technology, a software provider for the Department of Defense and related civilian agencies.
