Our Professional Services team is responsible for transferring knowledge and providing guidance, structure, and advocacy to the customer throughout the implementation process, extending support both remotely and onsite. Leveraging a consultative approach, this team advises practices on business strategy, technology, and operations. This includes analyzing and improving existing business aspects by providing training, onboarding, and other essential product management guidance.
Our Support team answers questions and helps provide technical assistance to customers once they are fully implemented and live with Nextech solutions. Working hand-in-hand with our Client Success and Professional Services teams, they balance the active needs of our customers, as well as engage with them proactively so they can get the most out of our solutions.
Our Client Success team serves as the primary point of contact and internal liaison for our customers. They own the client relationship for the life of the account to ensure the customer is always happy, healthy, and using our products and services in an optimal way.
