CHALLENGES Arizona Oculoplastic Specialists recently began expanding its practice to include more cosmetic treatments, even adding a med spa. At the time, their EHR system was attuned to medical workflows and it did not accommodate the clinical needs of their med spa. It was difficult for the practice's team to upload and manage patient photos. They system was inefficient in managing outstanding AR, and follow-through and responsiveness from the support team was inadequate.
