One of the most important aspects in developing patient loyalty is having a strong social presence. You should have a professional website, Twitter feed and Facebook page, all of which you update frequently. Being reminded of your practice on social media will encourage your patients to return.
Simply put: Thankfulness goes a long way when it comes to patient satisfaction. Once a year, send out a small thank-you card to your existing patients. Though the gesture is miniscule, the personal touch will keep your patients coming back for years to come.
