It's time to get smart about mental health. May is Mental Health Month, a nationwide campaign by the nonprofit Mental Health America (MHA) to promote awareness and education for mental well-being. MHA reports that more than 6.5 million people participated in its online prevention and screening program last year. Nearly 80% of participants in the U.S. scored positive for moderate to severe symptoms of a mental health condition.
